Worst Polo at the Point EVER! Yes, I am very unhappy with how my group was treated at the 2019 event. If my stomach can muster it, I'll fill in the details. Let me think about it for a bit. I wrote the following before the event and will add more soon: Polo at the Point 2019 was on October 5th. This was probably my fifth time going. They did not have the tournament in 2018 and 2017 had been a soggy, wet event (much like the Kentucky Derby that year). Who all went this year that I know: Kevin, Mike, Maureen. This was the first year that events were also held at the Marriott's Grand Hotel in Point Clear. We all booked rooms for two nights (Friday and Saturday). Friday night was dinner at Jesse's Restaurant in Magnolia Springs, Alabama. Jesse's is a great place that Kyle introduced us all to a couple of years ago.
